Kriti Tiwari Art ships original paintings and fine art prints from Pune, India to collectors worldwide.

1. Order Processing & Fulfilment

  • Processing Time: Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days. Transit times vary by destination and shipping service selected. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Indian public holidays.

  • Packaging: Every original artwork is professionally packaged and secured for international transit. Where shipping insurance is purchased/available, coverage is subject to the insurer's terms..

  • Confirmation & Tracking: A shipment confirmation with your tracking number will be sent within 24 hours of dispatch.

  • Delivery Times: Transit times vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or circumstances outside our control.

2. Where we Ship

​

We currently ship to India and selected international destinations.

​

International destinations currently available at checkout include the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, UAE and other selected countries.

European Union

Shipping to EU Member States is currently temporarily unavailable through our online checkout.

​

This is a temporary measure while we review the new packaging and producer-responsibility requirements applicable to international sellers.

​

If you are an EU-based collector interested in a particular artwork, you may contact us directly and we can review the order and shipping requirements on a case-by-case basis.

We currently ship to selected international destinations. EU shipping is temporarily unavailable

3. International Customs, Duties & Taxes — Important
 

International orders are shipped from India and may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any such destination-country charges are the responsibility of the collector unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

​

Customs rules, tariff classifications, taxes and import requirements vary between countries and may change from time to time.

​

​Any applicable import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees or other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the collector.

​

Kriti Tiwari Art cannot guarantee the amount of any import duty, tax, customs charge or other fee assessed by the destination country's authorities.

4. Customs Documentation

​

International shipments may include customs documentation containing information such as:

  • Artwork/product description

  • Artist name

  • Medium/material

  • Country of origin

  • Declared value

  • Applicable customs classification

All original artworks are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

​

The customs classification used for an individual shipment may vary depending on the nature of the artwork/product and the destination country's tariff requirements.

5. Shipping Errors, Address Changes & Damages

​

  • Address Changes:
    Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

  • Damages:
    If your artwork arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and photograph the artwork, packaging and damage immediately.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can assess the issue and, where applicable, initiate a claim with the shipping carrier or insurer.
