🌎 Global Fine Art Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Fulfilment

  • Processing Time: All original artwork orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays (India).

  • Packaging: Every original artwork is professionally packaged, fully insured, and secured in custom-fit boxes or crates to ensure it reaches you in museum-quality condition.

  • Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) within 24 hours after the item is collected by the carrier.

2. Shipping Rates, Coverage & Insurance​

3. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Legally Critical)​

 

All international customers are fully responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, and fees levied by the destination country (e.g., USA, UK, EU). These charges are not included in the artwork price or the shipping cost.

  • Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance process. We will provide all necessary documentation (Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Authenticity) to facilitate the process.

 

4. Shipping Errors, Address Changes, and Damages

  • Shipping Address Changes: Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately (within 2 hours of order). We cannot change the address once the item has been dispatched.

  • Damages: If your artwork arrives damaged, you must retain the original packaging and photograph the damage immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can process the insurance claim and arrange for the repair or a replacement/refund (if the original is irreplaceable).​​

 

5. Policy for Promotions (E.g., 48-Hour Free Shipping)​

 

  • Promotional Shipping: Offers for free or discounted shipping are subject to specific terms outlined in the promotion materials. The free shipping offer applies only to the carrier cost and does not cover destination country duties or taxes.
