Refunds & Cancellations
KRITI TIWARI believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. We value the support you show us by purchasing our products and it is on our top priority to bring you the best quality products we can, but unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange one a product has been purchased and opened unless the product itself is faulty , which is rare because we strive to make sure each product made and packaged well.
Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order and a valid photo proof. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

KRITI TIWARI does not accept cancellation requests for custom made orders. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.

We recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us. Once the item is received we will process return.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

In case of any Refunds approved by the KRITI TIWARI. Your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Once your return has been processed, a refund may take up to 7-10 days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer
NOTE: We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 2-days return policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package. Kriti Tiwari is not liable for missing packages with confirmed delivery by courier. -
We will not accept product returns for general customer or end-consumer dissatisfaction.
