Chapter 1 - Whispering Silence - In the moment

In the Moment In the Moment came from a quiet experience by the sea. Sitting on a swing, looking out at the water, there was nothing demanding attention. No people in front of me. No notifications. Nothing that needed to be done. Just water, wind and sky stretching endlessly ahead. For a moment, there was nowhere else to be. We live in a world where something is almost always asking something from us — family, children, responsibilities, phones, thoughts and the endless list of things waiting to be done. But perhaps peace isn't always something extraordinary that we have to find. Perhaps it is what remains when, for a moment, nothing is asking anything from us. In the Moment was created to hold that feeling of openness, stillness and breathing space.
